Integration and merger of Müller Polymechanik AG

As part of a succession plan, ALLUCAN AG took over Müller Polymechanik AG in Leimbach retrospectively as of January 1, 2020 and merged into ALLUCAN AG on January 1, 2021.

By integrating Müller Polymechanik AG into ALLUCAN AG, synergies can be used better and the production facilities can be used to a greater extent. In addition, this opens up an additional spectrum of the combination of welding and mechanical processing.

ALLUCAN AG is pleased to offer the customers of Müller Polymechanik AG a healthy and stable basis for further successful cooperation.

The existing specialist knowledge and infrastructure were relocated to the ALLUCAN AG branch in Muri in February 2021.

In business since more than 60 years, ALLUCAN AG with its headquarters in Bremgarten AG has around 70 employees and manufactures sophisticated aluminum structures and housings for the energy, rail and defense technology sectors.

Integrated mechanical production has been operating as ALLUCAN Mechanics, a brand of ALLUCAN AG, since July 1st, 2021.
